- If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a
return of your artwork purchase for exchange of
equal value or for refund (less shipping and
handling).
- Item must be returned
within 15 days from date of shipment. Artwork that is damaged due to misuse, neglect
or improper environmental condition will not be
accepted.
- All orders will be fully insured.
Shipping price will depend on size and
weight of box.
- Allow 3 to 4 weeks for standard delivery
(we will be happy to send rush orders at an
additional cost).
- International shipping cost will be
determined at the time of shipment.
You will
be notified of cost prior to the package
being sent.
- CA sales tax will apply to packages sent
in California.
- Payment
by money orders and checks.
- COD's with secured payments will
be accepted.
- For all returns or exchanges, art must be
in excellent condition.
- If
you receive a damaged shipment, please repack
artwork and contact us immediately so we can
take care of the situation as soon as
possible.
- All returns, exchanges and damages must be accompanied
by its
matching certificate of authenticity and a copy
of the invoice.
